It is a non-stock, non-profit foundation registered with the Philippine's Security and Exchange Commission whose primary goal is to assist families with babies and children suffering from rare liver diseases (such as Biliary Atresia, Carolis Disease, Allagile Syndrome and Budd Chiari Syndrome) that eventually require a liver transplant for the patient to survive, and other extreme medical ailments.
